Key People 

Prof Xunli Zhang is Professor of Bioengineering and Microsystems, and Deputy Director of Graduate School, in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences, University of Southampton. His key expertise lies in the area of microfluidic and Lab-on-a-Chip technologies, and the application in bioengineering, in particular, related to cell-based bioanalysis, drug delivery systems and biomicrofluidics. The application is largely associated with therapeutic problems like patient specific design of microfluidic devices for cancer treatment, rapid diagnosis of drug allergy, and more recently, addressing AMR in tuberculosis.
